Leadership

I showed the following video in my class a few days ago.  I just love TED talks, and this one deals with leadership- something that is so often lacking in education.  This video encourages one to view leadership as an everyday experience that anyone can achieve., not something reserved for only those "officially" in charge.  My students loved this video!
